Guidelines and Review
Criteria for Technical Papers
Guidelines for Technical Papers
1. The Papers must be worth being heard and/or purchased by meeting
attendees and others because it makes a new and original contribution

5. Editorial quality must be maintained at a high level.
6. Authors or co-authors may not be a reviewer on their own papers.
Review Criteria for Technical Papers
Technical Papers must report the latest technology
and trends in combustion, emissions, fuels, lubricants and alternative
fuels technology from a global perspective. The following criteria will
be adopted for final manuscript acceptance:
• Content and Scope
• Organization and Presentation
• Quality of Data and Validity of Analytical Techniques

A Word about Commercialism
The Programme Committee has a stated policy against use of commercial

titles, text or slides. Use of such terms will result in careful scrutiny
by the Programme Committee in evaluating abstracts and the presence
of commercialism in the paper may result in it being withdrawn from
the programme.
